A statement from North American Entertainment: We wanted to inform you that the Tamia & Joe show has been rescheduled to February 21, 2025 due to unforeseen circumstances.
All tickets purchased will be honored for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled show, please note that you can request a refund within 30 days of this notice of October 1. Unfortunately, refund requests cannot be processed after this window ends on October 31.
Refunds are at point of purchase. Ticketmaster customers can request a refund directly with Ticketmaster. Box Office customers should bring their tickets to the Prisma Health Box Office inside Colonial Life Arena along with the original purchase method if a credit card was used. Clear Bag Policy

While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags that are permitted:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" -- A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" -- approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
- Medically necessary items (after proper inspection and tagging)
Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena.
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:
- Purses larger than a clutch bag
- Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Fanny packs
- Cinch/Drawstring bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Computer bags
- Diaper bags
- Binocular cases
- Camera bags

Venue Entry

The Main, Lincoln Street, and College Street entrances will be available for entry. Walk-through magnetometers will be in use for all patrons. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets and bags. If you have a bag, proceed to the designated bag check areas. Clear bags are required. Tickets will be scanned once you are through the security checkpoint. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing. Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena. View clear bag policy here.

Walk-through magnetometers are in use for all patrons. Bag checks will be conducted at all doors. No professional cameras, which include detachable lenses. No professional or non-mobile phone video cameras. No flash. Absolutely no audio, video, or photographic recording. No iPads/tablets, GoPros, selfie sticks, or glow sticks. No umbrellas larger than 23 inches (small collapsible umbrellas preferred). No smoking (this includes e-cigarettes and vape pens). No lasers, lights, or flashlights. No glass items. Parking

Please arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park. New traffic patterns are in place.
Surface lots located between Greene & Blossom Streets, and the Discovery Garage at 821 Park Street, across from the Arena, will be available for patron parking.
There are no advance parking sales. All parking is available ranging from $10 - $30 per vehicle.
Prices and accepted payment methods are determined by owners/operators & can change without notice. The Colonial Life Arena does not operate parking lots or garages.

No Vertical ID Policy

Effective January 1, 2024, vertical ID's will no longer be accepted as a form of identification for purchasing alcohol.
