Accessibility

As our team strives to provide enjoyable experiences, we hope that you will enjoy the facility and it's offerings of a wide variety of accessible seating with options to accommodate limited mobility, visual & hearing impaired, and wheelchair accessible areas.

Features for Patrons with Disabilities

In addition to the main entrance, College and Greene Street are also wheelchair accessible. Once inside the Colonial Life Arena, elevators are available to provide access between Box Office, Main Entrance, Concourse and Upper levels.

Handicap Seating

Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the Colonial Life Arena. To purchase handicap seating online, visit ticketmaster.com and click the "view accessible seating" button once you are on the event page.

Handicap Parking

Accessible parking is available in most, if not all, of the parking lots surrounding the Colonial Life Arena. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state-issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Colonial Life Arena and then, park their car in one of the lots and then meet that person inside the Colonial Life Arena. Prices are set by lot owners & operators.

Assisted Listening Device

Assisted listening devices are available to hearing-impaired guests at no cost. The assisted listening device is a headset that broadcasts the Colonial Life Arena's sound system on an FM frequency. Any patron checking out an assisted listening device must leave a driver's license or a valid form of identification to receive the headset. They are available at the Guest Services kiosk located on the concourse near sections 101/102. Please contact Colonial Life Arena at least 3 business days ahead of the event so that we can have the device programmed ahead of your visit. Call us at (803) 576-9062.

Interpretation Services

Interpretation services for those with a hearing disability are available. Please contact (803) 576-9062 at least five business days before the event to make arrangements.

If you need assistance while at the Colonial Life Arena, please contact an usher or staff member. In addition, the Guest Services Center is located in the front atrium in front of the main entry doors, or on the main concourse behind section 101. Any Guest Services Representative will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Guide Dogs/Service Animals

Trained guide dogs and service animals are permitted/allowed to assist guests inside the arena. Please notify the arena at the time of ticket purchase if special accommodations are required for the service animal. All other animals are prohibited.

Restrooms

There are accessible facilities in all of our men’s and women’s restrooms as well as the family restroom located at Section 105.
