For Gamecock basketball games – The Athletics ticket sales windows will close at the start of halftime.

For concerts and other events – The closing times times will vary depending on the show. The promoter of the show will determine the time the box office closes and it will vary by event and concert. We suggest that you arrive early to an event to insure you will be able to purchase a ticket. Purchasing Tickets

For your convenience, the following options are available for purchasing tickets for Colonial Life Arena events:

** Always verify your tickets as soon as you receive them. We work very hard in all sales to be as accurate as possible. However, mistakes do happen and sometimes the wrong date is selected or the wrong number of tickets, etc. If you catch this early, we are more likely to be able to quickly assist you in correcting the order. If you wait until the day of the show, there is a chance no more seats will be available for a comparable correction. If you do not tell us until after the show is over, we cannot make any adjustments to your order as the event has been settled and closed.

We strive to make your experience at the Colonial Life Arena as wonderful as possible. Let us know if we can do anything to make your time with us more enjoyable!

Additional Fees

All seats are subject to a facility fee (no matter where the tickets are purchased). These are sometimes not included in advertised prices (this is done at promoter discretion). Tickets purchased through Online, Charge-by-Phone, or the Ticketmaster Mobile App, are subject to additional service charges. Sales done at the box office windows do not have additional service charges.

A Few Things To Note About eTickets

  1. A Print at Home Ticket CANNOT be scanned on a phone or any mobile device. It MUST be printed on paper.
  2. Some shows do not allow print at home or mobile ticketing for their event or they may just restrict it to a certain area. For example – a General Admission Floor Pit may not have PAH or Mobile but the lower and upper levels will. This is done at the discretion of the promoter/show/venue as they see fit.
  3. A Print at Home Ticket should always be printed as one ticket per page and it should be printed on an 8.5x11, plain white piece of paper. This is how it comes in the file from Ticketmaster. If a customer ordered 4 tickets, they should have 4 pieces of paper printed, one for each ticket. Any alternations could and have resulted in tickets that would not scan at the gates.

Will Call

Will Call is available for tickets purchased online and over the phone 10 days prior to the show date. The will call window(s) can be found at the Prisma Health Box Office inside Colonial Life Arena.

  • The credit card used for purchase, your confirmation number or email, and a matching photo ID are required to pick up tickets. The credit card will be scanned to print the tickets.
  • Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however, the Colonial Life Arena cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
  • Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope if order is different from the will call mentioned above (i.e. contest winners, band or other VIP tickets, etc.).
  • Will Call typically closes at intermission of an event or concert. The Colonial Life Arena will attempt to leave the unclaimed tickets at Guest Services for the remainder of the event, but this is not guaranteed. It is best to arrive early to ensure that you are in your seats prior to the start of the show.
  • Fan Club Will Call will vary by show depending on the policies set by the Fan Club.
  • This information will be given before purchase of Fan Club seating and also in the confirmation of Fan Club purchase.
  • Will Call from the show (ie: Band, promoter, etc) is typically available 2 hours prior to show time but is made available for pickup at the promoter's discretion and can vary.
  • VIP Packages often have Will Call only pickup available; the pickup must take place on the show date with the place and time set by the VIP promoters.

Stolen Tickets

Stolen ticket passes/replacements will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass/replacement will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it and all police reports must be received by 3 hours prior to the start of the show.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final and tickets cannot be exchanged or upgraded.

Canceled or Postponed Events

In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Colonial Life Arena website. Please be aware that there is no way to contact all individual ticket holders other than the local media. We will also attempt to send an email to customers that have provided their email address in their ticketing account. If an event is canceled, refunds will automatically be given to phone and online orders. Customers who purchased at the box office, need to return their tickets to the box office for a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the box office up until the day of the new show date.

  • Canceled Event - A canceled event is one that will NOT be made up.
  • Postponed Event - A postponed event is one that WILL be made up at a later date.

Ticket Limits

Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the limit may have any or all of their orders canceled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

What is Ticketmaster Fan-to-Fan Resale?

The Colonial Life Arena uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure the seller is a Colonial Life Arena licensed contractor, otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.

If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of Fan-to-Fan Resale (also known as TicketExchange). Fan-to-Fan Resale is Ticketmaster’s online service that allows fan-to-fan transactions. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate secondary market tickets, because the tickets sold through Fan-to-Fan Resale are linked to Ticketmaster’s barcoded ticketing systems. Click here and here for more information on Fan-to-Fan Resale.

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the Prisma Health Box Office inside Colonial Life Arena. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Can I split my payment for my order?

No. All orders must be paid for in full by one type of payment. (i.e. All Cash, or all on one credit card.)

I see a concert date for the Colonial Life Arena listed on another website, but it's not on the Colonial Life Arena website. Does this mean the show is not coming to your arena?

No, that's not necessarily the case. It is common for a band or other event websites to list tour dates before the venue confirms the show will be at its arena. Once a show is confirmed by the Colonial Life Arena, it will be posted on the website. Most shows are announced about a month before their date. To be up to date on all Colonial Life Arena events, join our free Cyber Club to be "in the know."

If I camp out for tickets for an on-sale, will I get front row seats?

Camping is not allowed at the arena. There is also no guarantee you will get front row seats if you are the first in line for tickets. An attempt will be made to secure you the best seats as quickly as possible, but remember that the Colonial Life Arena is selling from the same inventory of tickets that the internet, outlets, and phones are selling from as well. In some cases, a wristbanded lottery is used to select a random winner to determine places in line. This information varies by event and will be posted on the individual event pages.

Can I choose my seats at an on-sale?

No. Ticket sales happen very quickly during an on sale and to ensure that everyone in line gets a fair chance at the best seats at the time of purchase, we only assign best available seating based on the price you would like to pay (and sometimes when possible, the price and level - i.e. Floor vs. Lower). Most seat selections are available approximately two hours after an on sale has started at the box office or when the rush of sales has slowed.

Platinum Seats FAQs

What are Platinum Seats?

Platinum Seats are premium tickets to concerts and other events made available by artists and event providers through ticketmaster.com. They give fans fair and safe access to some of the best seats in the house.

Are Platinum Seats resale tickets?

No. Platinum Seats were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through Ticketmaster.com. Platinum Seats enables market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give the most passionate fans fair and safe access to the best tickets while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true value.

Why can't I buy Platinum Seats for certain events?

Currently, Platinum Seats are not available for all events. Be sure to check back often as new events are continually being added.

How are my tickets delivered?

Depending on the event, Ticketmaster offers Print-at-Home or standard UPS ticket delivery options. In some cases, will call may be offered or required.

What is the Current Price per ticket?

The price you pay is the original price of the ticket. Platinum Seats were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through ticketmaster.com on behalf of the artist or event provider.

Where can I buy Platinum Seats?

Platinum Seats are currently available only online through ticketmaster.com

*Other amounts or fees may also be included in the Current Price, or may be added on top of the Current Price. If additional amounts are added on top of the Current Price, they will be displayed on the website before you complete your purchase.
