Thank you for your recent visit to Colonial Life Arena! Please fill out the form below providing as much information as possible to better help us in locating your lost item. Lost items found at Colonial Life Arena are turned in to one of our Guest Services locations. Items will be entered into our Lost & Found system and held up to 30 days. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.
