The front atrium is an ideal location for Cocktail parties or smaller affairs with a dramatic view of the city. The lobby features a unique architecturally designed atrium with a glass façade consisting of 65-foot high glass panels, and plenty of natural light flowing through the space.
Aramark, the concessionaire for the Colonial Life Arena, is available to cater your function no matter how big or small your needs. Aramark utilizes a full-service kitchen located inside of the Arena for easy servicing of your event.
We also rent The Frank McGuire Club, Entertainment Suites and Executive Suites. All of these can be designed to fit your needs.
The Colonial Life Arena is the home of the University of South Carolina Men's and Women's Basketball, as well as host to a myriad of events that will have “something for everyone,” such as big-name concerts, family shows, trade shows, and religious events. The Arena is conveniently located in the center of it all in the capital city, Columbia, South Carolina, and is easily accessible from all directions by major highways.
The Colonial Life Arena has 38 executive suites located on the main concourse level. Executive Suites can be rented on an event-by-event basis. Each is fully carpeted with ample standing and sitting room for 10-16 people. They provide the local corporate community, as well as, private parties, the opportunity to enjoy events in a customized entertainment atmosphere with clients, employees, or families.
The Colonial Life Arena features four private Entertainment Suites and one large club area that offer a unique entertainment opportunity. These suites feature seating for up to 50 people, private restrooms, private bar, and personal catering opportunities. The suites are ideal for entertaining clients, hosting employee outings and celebrating milestones.
Entertainment and Club Suite pricing varies by event but typically includes 36 tickets and a catering credit to be applied to the food and/or beverage total. Additional tickets may be purchased, if all 50 tickets are needed. Suite availability does vary by show due to sight lines.

Located behind sections 109 and 110, the Frank McGuire Club provides a new and unique atmosphere for your next private party, group outing, or business meeting for up to 300 people. Overlooking the arena floor, you will never miss the action as you are enjoying the party! The Frank McGuire Club is also available during non-event hours.
The Club is defined by an open and airy space that is highlighted by unique architectural beams throughout, as well as premium seating along the windows overlooking the action, and televisions for up-close views and replays
