Walk-through magnetometers are in use and all patrons are subject to security screenings. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets. Tickets will be scanned once you are through the security checkpoint. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing.

Patrons with medically necessary items must enter at the ADA doors of main entrance (located at the corner of Greene & Lincoln streets) for proper security inspection and tagging. If a bag is needed for medical items, a clear bag is preferred. 

• No ski masks. 
• No professional cameras, which includes detachable lenses.
• No professional or non-mobile phone video cameras (No flash) 
• No iPads/tablets, GoPros, selfie sticks, or glow sticks.
• No umbrellas larger than 23 inches (small collapsible umbrellas preferred).
• No smoking (this includes e-cigarettes and vape pens) & no lighters.
• No lasers, lights, or flashlights.
• No glass items.
• No long chains (including chains for wallets) or spike bracelets.
• No weapons of any kind (that includes mace).

Floor ticket holders must enter at the College Street entrance located near the corner of Lincoln & College Streets. 

Signs will not be allowed for entry. 

Everyone requires a ticket regardless of age.

To expedite your entry, be sure to download the Ticketmaster app & save your mobile tickets to your phone wallet before you arrive at the arena. Effective January 1, 2024, vertical ID's will no longer be accepted as a form of identification for purchasing alcohol. 

All points of sale are cashless. Credit or debit cards must be used.

Please arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park. New traffic patterns are in place.

Surface lots located between Greene & Blossom Streets, and the Discovery Garage at 821 Park Street, across from the Arena, will be available for patron parking.

There are no advance parking sales. All parking is available ranging from $10 - $30 per vehicle.
