Clear Bag Policy

While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the Clear Bag Policy.

Permitted:

Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" (small logo allowed)
One-gallon clear freezer bags (Ziploc or similar)
Small clutch bags (max 4.5" x 6.5")
Medically necessary items (subject to inspection)
Diaper/baby items in a clear bag

Prohibited:

Purses larger than a clutch
Backpacks, fanny packs, drawstring bags
Briefcases, luggage, computer bags
Diaper bags, camera bags, binocular cases

Mobile Ticketing

APP ONLY ENTRY FOR MOBILE TICKETS

To expedite your entry, be sure to download the Ticketmaster app & save your mobile tickets to your phone wallet before you arrive at the arena. Mobile ticket entry via the TM app is required (with the exception of select tickets purchased/printed at the Prisma Health Box Office).

Parking

Arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park.

Surface lots located between Greene & Blossom Streets, and the Discovery Garage at 821 Park Street, across from the Arena, are available for patron parking.

There are no advance parking sales. Parking prices range from $10 - $30 per vehicle.

(Prices and accepted payment methods are determined by owners/operators & can change without notice. The Colonial Life Arena does not operate parking lots or garages.)

Pit Party

Start the day at the Monster Jam Pit Party^®—your first stop for smiles, selfies with the trucks, high-fives from drivers and family friendly activities. Plus get an insider’s look at how these 12,000lb trucks are built to stand up to the competition. Activities vary by location. The Monster Jam Pit Party—where the fun begins. Event Ticket and Pit Pass required for entry.

Post-Event Driver Meet & Greet

The best kept secret, the Monster Jam^® Post-Event Driver Meet and Greet is your most exclusive opportunity to meet and mingle with the drivers shortly after the event! Take photos, get autographs and hear competition takeaways from the drivers in a private event space. Plus, you get an official Monster Jam souvenir with your ticket. Space is limited, so get your tickets now!

Post-Show Meet & Greet begins approximately 15 minutes after the show ends and will last about 30 minutes.

Groups of 10 or more save $5 on select seats for the Saturday 7 PM show.

Deadline to order is April 17 at 5 PM. Other performances are available but have no discount.
