Clear Bag Policy

While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags that are permitted:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" -- A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" -- approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
  • Medically necessary items (after proper inspection and tagging)

Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:

  • Purses larger than a clutch bag
  • Briefcases
  • Backpacks
  • Fanny packs
  • Cinch/Drawstring bags
  • Luggage of any kind
  • Computer bags
  • Diaper bags
  • Binocular cases
  • Camera bags

Venue Entry

Walk-through magnetometers will be in use for all patrons. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets and bags. If you have a bag, proceed to the designated bag check areas. Clear bags are required. Tickets will be scanned once you are through the security checkpoint. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing. Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena. View clear bag policy here.

Safety & Security

Walk-through magnetometers are in use for all patrons. Bag checks will be conducted at all doors. No professional cameras, which include detachable lenses. No professional or non-mobile phone video cameras. No flash. Absolutely no audio, video, or photographic recording. No iPads/tablets, GoPros, selfie sticks, or glow sticks. No umbrellas larger than 23 inches (small collapsible umbrellas preferred). No smoking (this includes e-cigarettes and vape pens). No lasers, lights, or flashlights. No glass items. No long chains or spike bracelets. No weapons of any kind (that includes mace). View our full list of prohibited items here.

Photo Policy

  • No mobile photos or videos

Recording Policy

“The event taking place in this venue is being videotaped/recorded for an ARS TOURING, LLC (“Company”) program. By entering this venue, you hereby irrevocably grant to Company and its affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns (including without limitation event and program sponsors, advertisers, and marketing partners) the right to photograph your image and record your voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same (and/or any portion thereof) forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium now known or created at any time including, without limitation, in Company and other sponsored or unsponsored programming and the advertisement and promotion thereof. You will not receive any payment for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against Company, its parent and related companies, subsidiaries (whether or not wholly-owned), affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns for such use. Company makes no promise that your image or voice will appear in any programming or advertisement.

 

You acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen, you represent that you have obtained your parent’s/guardian’s consent to enter this venue and be bound by the terms set forth herein and neither you nor your parents/guardians shall have the right to withdraw your permission to be taped or appear in the program and they agree to indemnity and defend Company from any liability if they or you try to withdraw such permission to be taped or appear in the program.

 

If you do not agree to the above terms and do not wish to be taped as part of the program, please stay out of the venue where filming is taking place.

For Mature Audiences – 16 & Over

No Vertical ID Policy

Effective January 1, 2024, vertical ID's will no longer be accepted as a form of identification for purchasing alcohol. 

Cashless Concessions

All points of sale are cashless. Credit or debit cards must be used.

Parking

Please arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park. New traffic patterns are in place.

Surface lots located between Greene & Blossom Streets, and the Discovery Garage at 821 Park Street, across from the Arena, will be available for patron parking.

There are no advance parking sales. All parking is available ranging from $10 - $30 per vehicle.

Directions & Parking

Prices and accepted payment methods are determined by owners/operators & can change without notice. The Colonial Life Arena does not operate parking lots or garages.

Mobile Ticketing

Mobile ticket entry is required except for tickets purchased at the Prisma Health Box Office. Don't forget to download the Ticketmaster app & save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before you arrive. View a helpful mobile ticket entry guide here.
