While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the Clear Bag Policy.

Permitted:

• Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" (small logo allowed)
• One-gallon clear freezer bags (Ziploc or similar)
• Small clutch bags (max 4.5" x 6.5")
• Medically necessary items (subject to inspection)
• Diaper/baby items in a clear bag

Prohibited:

• Purses larger than a clutch
• Backpacks, fanny packs, drawstring bags
• Briefcases, luggage, computer bags
• Diaper bags, camera bags, binocular cases

To expedite your entry, be sure to download the Ticketmaster app & save your mobile tickets to your phone wallet before you arrive at the arena. Mobile ticket entry via the TM app is required (with the exception of select tickets purchased/printed at the Prisma Health Box Office).

Arrive early to ensure you have ample time to park.

Surface lots located between Greene & Blossom Streets, and the Discovery Garage at 821 Park Street, across from the Arena, are available for patron parking.

There are no advance parking sales. Parking prices range from $10 - $30 per vehicle.

(Prices and accepted payment methods are determined by owners/operators & can change without notice. The Colonial Life Arena does not operate parking lots or garages.)
