Clear Bag Policy
-
While bags are not encouraged, the following outlines the bags that are permitted:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" -- A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" -- approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
- Medically necessary items (after proper inspection and tagging)
Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena.
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:
- Purses larger than a clutch bag
- Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Fanny packs
- Cinch/Drawstring bags
- Luggage of any kind
- Computer bags
- Diaper bags
- Binocular cases
- Camera bags

Venue Entry

Walk-through magnetometers will be in use for all patrons. When approaching the security checkpoints at all entrances, keep all items in your pockets and bags. If you have a bag, proceed to the designated bag check areas. Clear bags are required. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time for processing. Diapers and additional baby supplies may be carried in a clear bag. Family members, including children, are allowed to carry an approved bag into the arena. View clear bag policy here.

Prohibited Items

- No outside food and beverages
- No golf umbrellas/large umbrellas
- No strollers (except those modified to accommodate handicap patrons)
- No Laser pointers
- No bull horns, air horns or any noise makers
- No confetti or stickers
- No fireworks, firearms or weapons of any kind
- No backpacks or large bags/purses
- No glass bottles, aluminum cans or empty bottles of any kind
- No banners or posters
- No pompoms
- No flags
- No ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers
- No distribution of leaflets and brochures
- No aerosol cans
- No stools or folding chairs
- No sticks or clubs (including sticks attached to signs)
- No water bottles or mugs
- No animals (unless certified for patrons with disabilites)
- No beach balls or other inflatable items
- No balloons (including helium)
- No flowers in glass vases (wrapped flowers only)
- No gifts, presents, gift bags or baskets
- No inappropriate attire as determined by the school district
- No professional cameras/extended lenses
- No Tripods (Uni-pods only)
- No professional photography equipment
- No selfie sticks
- No laptops or tablets
- No video cameras
- No disruptive use of cellphone

Camera Policy

Cameras are permitted (video & still) but no professional lenses are allowed. No tripods allowed, monopods are permitted.

Parking

U of SC surface lots surrounding Colonial Life Arena will be available for guest parking at no charge.
