** Always verify your tickets as soon as you receive them. We work very hard in all sales to be as accurate as possible. However, mistakes do happen and sometimes the wrong date is selected or the wrong number of tickets, etc. If you catch this early, we are more likely to be able to quickly assist you in correcting the order. If you wait until the day of the show, there is a chance no more seats will be available for a comporable correction. If you do not tell us until after the show is over, we cannot make any adjustments to your order as the event has been settled and closed.

The Colonial Life Arena uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should make sure the seller is a Colonial Life Arena licensed contractor, otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.
Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent outside of the Colonial Life Arena Box Office. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of Fan-to-Fan Resale (also known as TicketExchange). Fan-to-Fan Resale is Ticketmaster’s online service that allows fan-to-fan transactions. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate secondary market tickets, because the tickets sold through Fan-to-Fan Resale are linked to Ticketmaster’s barcoded ticketing systems. No. All orders must be paid for in pull by one type of payment. (i.e. All Cash, or all on one credit card.)
The doors generally open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game/event time. This may vary, depending on the event. Specific event information is found on the individual event page on this website.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.
For Gamecock basketball games – The Athletics ticket sales windows will close at the start of halftime.
For concerts and other events – The closing times times will vary depending on the show. The promoter of the show will determine the time the box office closes and it will vary by event and concert. Some shows close at the start of intermission, some shows close when the main act goes on stage and others close when there are no more customers in line at the box office. We suggest that you arrive early to an event by to insure you will be able to purchase a ticket. When possible, will call that has not yet been picked up is given to the guest services desk at the main entrance to the arena at Lincoln and Greene streets.
Yes! Group discounts are offered for most events held at the Colonial Life Arena .
Anyone interested in purchasing tickets for a group for an event should contact the group sales office at (803) 576 - 9077. Usually the minimum order is 10-15 tickets.

The Colonial Life Arena has 41 luxury suites located on the main concourse level. In addition there are 4 hospitality suites and one large entertainment suite. They provide the local corporate community, as well as, private parties, the opportunity to enjoy events in a customized entertainment atmosphere with clients, employees, or families. Boxes can be rented on an event-by-event basis. Each is fully carpeted with ample standing and sitting room for 10-16 people.

No, that's not necessarily the case. It is common for a band or other event websites to list tour dates before the venue confirms the show will be at its arena. Once a show is confirmed by the Colonial Life Arena, it will be posted on the website. Most shows are announced about a month before their date. To be up to date on all Colonial Life Arena events, join our free Cyber Club to be "in the know."
Camping is not allowed at the arena. There is also no guarantee you will get front row seats if you are the first in line for tickets. An attempt will be made to secure you the best seats as quickly as possible, but remember that the Colonial Life Arena is selling from the same inventory of tickets that the internet, outlets and phones are selling from as well. In some cases, a wristbanded lottery is used to select a random winner to determine places in line. This information varies by event, and will be posted on the individual event pages.
No. Ticket sales happen very quickly during an on sale and to ensure that everyone in line gets a fair chance at the best seats at the time of purchase, we only assign best available seating based on the price you would like to pay (and sometimes when possible, the price and level - i.e. Floor vs,. Lower). Most seat selections are available approximately two hours after an on sale has started (at box office/phone/outlet) or when the rush of sales has slowed.
If the tickets were purchased at the Colonial Life Arena Box Office:
Cash Payment: There are no instances when a replacement voucher will be issued if a patron has lost their tickets.
Credit Card Payment: Come in to the Colonial Life Arena Box Office. The following information will be required: customer's name, date of purchase, credit card used and photo ID of account holder. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided. Reprint fees may apply.
If the tickets were purchased through Online Ticketing (LMCtix.com or ColonialLifeArena.com), please wait until 3 business days prior to the start of the event, to allow time for the tickets to arrive in the mail. If they still have not arrived by then, please contact Ticketmaster (1-800-654-8000) and ask for Customer Service to report your tickets lost or not received. If you purchased Def Leppard please wait until 48 hours prior to the start of the event and contact Spectra Tickets (1-855-456-2849). They will give you further instructions once you place a report with them. Any replacement tickets will only be allowed to be picked up on the event day, 2 hours prior to the start of the show. This is to ensure the safety of your tickets, because once tickets have been replaced, no other replacements can be made. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser with a valid ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets. No name changes are allowed. No tickets will be re-mailed. Reprint fees may apply.
If the tickets were purchased through Charge-By-Phone see above - online ticketing.
If the tickets were purchased through an Outlet come in to the Colonial Life Arena Box Office before the day of the event for assistance. An attempt to locate your order using your valid ID and the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be made. If your order cannot be located or confirmed, you will not be able to replace your lost tickets. Reprint fees may apply.
In all instances, tickets should be treated like cash. There is no guarantee on replacing tickets if you lose them.
A police report will be required by Colonial Life Arena Management. Stolen ticket passes/replacements will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass/replacement will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it and all police reports must be received by 3 hours prior to the start of the show.
All sales are final and tickets cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
