How many people do we need in our group to qualify for the group discount?

Group minimums vary by event but typically range from 10 to 15 individuals.

What age does a child need to be to be admitted free?

For most shows, children under 2 yrs of age are admitted free. Please check with Group Sales (groups@coloniallifearena.com) for exact show information or you can find this information posted on the individual event page linked on the home page for coloniallifearena.com.

Where will I park when I come to the Colonial Life Arena?

For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Colonial Life Arena. Prices are set by the owners & operators.

Accessible parking is available in most, if not all, of these lots. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicap window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Colonial Life Arena and then park their car in one of the lots and meet that person inside the arena. 

What is the deadline for ordering group tickets?

Group sales ticket discounts cannot be given on the day of events. Please keep in mind that our office hours are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. If you call after these hours, leave a message and we will contact you during the next business day. Contact a Group Sales representative to find out the exact order deadline for each show.

How will we receive our group tickets after we order them?

Group tickets will be mailed to you unless you request them to be left at will-call (your tickets will be available for pick-up 48 hours after you place your order). Will-call is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and on the day of events.

Can I send in my group order?

Group orders can be faxed in to Group Sales at the Colonial Life Arena at 803-576-9180. You can also email you order to groups@coloniallifearena.com.

Do you have school shows?

Throughout the year the Group Sales Department helps to plan many special school related and educational programs. The Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey Circus and Disney on Ice have school shows.  Many of these occur within the school day and can serve as a great out of the classroom experience. In addition, Gamecock Men’s and Women’s basketball games serve as great family nights for schools to promote community and family fun.

Can groups reserve seats?

Seats may be reserved for groups. Please contact a Group Sales representative as deadlines vary by event.

Can I cancel my order?

Once tickets are paid for, they are not refundable or exchangeable. Please practice caution when purchasing as all sales are final.

Can I add to my order?

Groups may add to their original order but may be subjected to an additional service charge. The additional seating will be selected as close as possible to the original order. Additional orders must be placed 24 hours prior to the date of the show.

Do you have handicap accessible seating?

Colonial Life Arena Group Sales representatives are able to reserve handicap accessible seating for Colonial Life Arena events.

Are there extra fees on group sales orders?

All Colonial Life Arena group ticket orders include a $5 handling fee. This handling fee is per order, NOT per ticket.

Do you sell group tickets for concerts?

For most major concerts, group tickets are not available. You can order online or at the box office for concert tickets.

Can I find out my seat location when I place my order?

Preferred seat reservations are welcome. Seat locations are not finalized until payment is received.

Where do we park our bus?

Please discuss this in advance with your Group Sales representative, as it may vary with each show.

What kinds of payment methods are accepted?

What is a Super Group?

Super Groups are an easy, convenient way to provide group discounted tickets to Columbia's largest companies and organizations. They offer employees the opportunity to purchase individual tickets at a group discount rate to select shows at Colonial Life Arena. Special discount codes are distributed through companies and organizations to their employees/members to receive the discounted rates.
