    How You Doin'?

The Colonial Life Arena Wants to Know:
How You Doin'?

The Colonial Life Arena has adopted a new customer service catch phrase to be used by all of its hard working staff members. Whenever you are greeted by a Colonial Life Arena employee, you will be greeted with a "How You Doin'?" and a big smile. It's part of Global Spectrum's company-wide customer service philosophy.

"Our new approach begins with a simple question, 'How You Doin',' but it's more than that. It's going above and beyond and treating our customers the way they want to be treated. It's all about giving our customers the ultimate sports and entertainment experience. It's also a way of measuring how we are performing as a company," added Comcast-Spectacor Ventures President and Global Spectrum Chairman Peter Luukko.

"Every one of our customers are our Most Valuable Players in our business," added Luukko. "We will do whatever it takes to make our guests have the best possible experience each and every time they come to our facilities or come in contact with our employees.

This customer service philosophy encourages all employees to go the extra mile when helping all customers. Our job is to make your experience at the Colonial Life Arena the best it can be.

 How You Doin?' Top Ten:

  1. Customer First
  2. Golden Rule
  3. Listen
  4. Think "Yes"
  5. Be Professional
  6. Positive Attitude
  7. 24-Hour Rule
  8. Everybody Sells
  9. Enthusiasm
  10. Do it Now!
