Q. What are the video and camera policies for the Colonial Life Arena? A. Non-professional (under 200 mm without a detachable lens) cameras are permitted in the arena for most Colonial Life Arena events, as long as no flash is used. Professional photography is prohibited. Video cameras are usually prohibited, unless prearranged before the event. If you have a digital camera, the same zoom restrictions apply (under 200mm without a detachable lens). If your digital camera has any video recording capabilities and there is a no video recording policy at the event, your camera will not be permitted in the building. The same policy applies to digital video cameras that can take still photos. In no instance may photography interfere with access ways, seats, aisles or other guests' enjoyment of the event. Please check the specific event information on our website in advance to check the policy, call us, email us or check the policy signs when entering the building. |

Q. Can I Re-Enter the Arena ? A. No. Once a patron leaves the Colonial Life Arena during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another ticket is purchased. |

Q. Are the Concession Stands opened during all events? A. In general, there are concession stands open during all ticketed events, which serve a variety of food and drink products. There are exceptions, however. At the request of the show, concession stands could be closed.
Q: How can my group work the concession stands during events? A. Please call Centerplate at (803) 576-9125 for information on how your group can make money working the arena concession stands.

Q. When do doors open ? A. The doors generally open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game/event time. This may vary, depending on the event. Guests are encouraged to come early to avoid delays. Once a patron leaves the Colonial Life Arena during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another ticket is purchased. |

Q. What if I get hurt or someone needs medical attention ? A. The First Aid Station offering medical assistance is located on the concourse level across from sections 112 and 113. If medical assistance is required, notify the nearest Colonial Life Arena representative or go directly to the First Aid Station. |

Q. Our group would like to attend an event together. Can we get a Group Discount ? A. Yes! Group discounts are offered for most games/events held at the Colonial Life Arena .

Q. Are there Pay Phones at the Colonial Life Arena? A. No, there are no pay phones. A phone is located at Guest Services if there is an emergency. |

Q. Is there an ATM located in the Colonial Life Arena ? A. Yes, there are four. Two ATMs are located on the concourse level near the Lincoln Street entrance doors, the other is on the back wall behind section 107 and the fourth is located in the lobby near the box office. |

Q. Can I smoke at the Colonial Life Arena? A. No. The Colonial Life Arena is a smoke free facility. Smoking is prohibited in and within 25 feet of the facility at all times. |

Q. Can Alcohol be brought into the Colonial Life Arena ? A. Under no circumstances will alcohol be allowed to enter the Colonial Life Arena. Patrons will be asked to leave the arena if caught attempting to bring alcohol inside the arena. Alcohol is not permitted in the parking lots surrounding the Colonial Life Arena. |

Q. Is Alcohol available inside the Colonial Life Arena? A. During most events, alcohol will be sold at the concession stands inside the Colonial Life Arena. NCAA restrictions do not allow the selling of alcohol at any collegiate event. |

Q. I left my Gamecock season ticket at home. Can a new ticket be printed ? A. Lost single game tickets cannot be replaced. Season tickets lost or left at home are subject to a $10 replacement fee, provided the ticket holder and seat location can be verified. Q. I see a concert date for the Colonial Life Arena listed on an band's website, but it's not on the Colonial Life Arena website. Does this mean the show is not coming to Columbia? A. No, that's not necessarily the case. It is common for a band to list tour dates before the venue confirms the show will be at its arena. Some times it's because contracts need to be finalized, other times it's because of marketing strategies and other times it's just timing. Most shows are announced about a month before their date. To be up to date on all Colonial Life Arena events, join our free Cyber Club to be "in the know."
Q. Does the Colonial Life Arena have an Information Desk ? A. The Guest Services Center is located in the lobby in front of the main entry doors and is open from the time the doors open until the conclusion of the event. If you need assistance while at the Colonial Life Arena , please contact the Guest Services Life Arena. Any Guest Services Representative will be happy to answer any questions you may have. |

Q. Can I distribute Leaflets or Brochures ? A. Distribution of any printed materials or selling of any items is prohibited on the Colonial Life Arena grounds, including the parking lots, walkways, and inside the Colonial Life Arena. |

Q. Do you have a Lost and Found Department ? A. Any items that have been lost or found should be reported to the Guest Services Center in the main lobby across from the main entry doors. Guests may call (803) 576-9062 during normal business hours to inquire about lost and found items. |

Q. What if my child gets lost while at the Colonial Life Arena ? A. Children should be told to contact a Colonial Life Arena representative should he or she become lost. A lost child will be taken to the Guest Services Center located in the main lobby across from the main entry doors. |

Q. What can I do if I have lost my ticket(s) ?
If the tickets were purchased at the Colonial Life Arena's Box Office Cash payment: There are no instances when a replacement voucher will be issued if a patron has lost their tickets. Credit Card Payment: Call or come in to the Colonial Life Arena Box Office. The following information will be required: customer's name, date of purchase, credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided. Only one set of replacements are issued. If a customer loses the replacement, no other replacement will be given.
If the tickets were purchased through Online Ticketing (www.LMCtix.com or www.coloniallifearena.com) Please contact the Colonial Life Arena's ticketing phone center (1-855-456-2849) to report your tickets lost or stolen. They will give you further instructions once you place a report with them. Any replacement tickets will only be allowed to be picked up on the event day, 2 hours prior to the start of the show. This is to ensure the safety of your tickets, because once tickets have been replaced, no other replacements can be made. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser. If the tickets were purchased through an Outlet Contact the Colonial Life Arena Box Office at (803) 576-9200 or come in to the box office. An attempt to locate your order using your valid ID and the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be made. If your order cannot be located or confirmed, you will not be able to replace your lost tickets.

Q. What if I never received my print at home tickets in my email? A. First, check your junk box or Spam folder. It's possible that the email was sent there by your email provider. If the email is not in there, please follow the steps below.

Q. My tickets were stolen . Can they be replaced ? A. A police report will be required by Colonial Life Arena Management. Stolen ticket passes will be given out at the discretion of the Box Office Manager and only after verification of purchase. The pass will have the location of the original ticket(s) printed on it. |

Q. Can I exchange my tickets ? A. The Box Office will only allow exchanges in extraordinary cases. Some events allow for upgrades from a lower price level to a higher price level. These are done at the descretion of the promoter of that event. Contact the box office for information on a specific event. Also, if you have purchased or received the wrong date for an event with more than one show time -- exchanges MUST be made IN ADVANCE of the show you have tickets for. Once an event has passed, no exchanges can be made. Please review your tickets carefully upon receipt. |

Q. Where will I park when I come to the Colonial Life Arena ? A. For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Colonial Life Arena. Accessible parking is available in all of these lots. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Colonial Life Arena and then park their car in one of the lots and meet that person inside the Arena.
A parking fee will be charged to every patron who parks in any of the lots or you can purchase parking ahead of time in person at the Colonial Life Arena Box Office Window or online (limited events only, subject to availability).
