Q. How many people do we need in our group to qualify for the group discount?
A. Group minimums vary by event but typically range from 10 to 15 individuals.
Q. What age does a child need to be to be admitted free?
A. For most shows, children under 2 yrs of age are admitted free. Please check with Group Sales (email@example.com) for exact show information or you can find this information posted on the individual event page linked on the home page for www.coloniallifearena.com.
Q. Where will I park when I come to the Colonial Life Arena?
A. For your convenience, there are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Colonial Life Arena. Prices are set by the owners & operators.
Accessible parking is available in most, if not all, of these lots. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicap window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Colonial Life Arena and then park their car in one of the lots and meet that person inside the arena.
Q. What is the deadline for ordering group tickets?
A. Group sales ticket discounts cannot be given on the day of events. Please keep in mind that our office hours are 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday. If you call after these hours, leave a message and we will contact you during the next business day. Contact a Group Sales representative to find out the exact order deadline for each show.
Q. How will we receive our group tickets after we order them?
A.Group tickets will be mailed to you unless you request them to be left at will-call (your tickets will be available for pick-up 48 hours after you place your order). Will-call is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and on the day of events.
Q. Can I send in my group order?
A. Group orders can be faxed in to Group Sales at the Colonial Life Arena at 803-576-9170. You can also email you order to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Do you have school shows?
A. Throughout the year the Group Sales Department helps to plan many special school related and educational programs. The circus and Disney on Ice have school shows. Many of these occur within the school day and can serve as a great out of the classroom experience. In addition, USC Menís and Womenís basketball games serve as great family nights for schools to promote community and family fun.
